Background
After
living in Boulder for 35 years, I understand the subtle differences
in neighborhoods and pros and cons of each. If you are relocating
to Boulder from out of state, I can aid in an often-difficult
transition. I can familiarize you with every aspect of Boulder
and the surrounding area, from schools for your children, to
recommendations for doctors and dentists. Plus, I know the
best hiking trails, yoga studios, restaurants and shopping
hot spots. If you are selling your property or relocating locally,
I meet your requirements. I have top of the market mortgage
lenders as associates, which can assist with any real estate
financing needs. I have extensive business experience in marketing
to the public. My background as a designer allows for a nice
crossover of my creative talents as they apply to real estate.
I truly understand what is visually appealing, and will help
get your home sold. I am a people person and a strong negotiator,
so I will interface well with all potential buyers and sellers.
I currently serve on the board of the Colorado Youth Program,
a Boulder County non-profit organization, working with disadvantaged
kids in our community. My free time is spent with my family
and friends, enjoying all the activities this wonderful area
