Boulder
has been my home for over 40 years - most of my life. I schooled,
married, raised a family and held professional positions
with the State and University of Colorado. Involved in a
variety of interest groups and activities over the years
I am continually drawn to the Colorado mountains and nature
in their many forms of beauty and enjoyment.
I've personally owned 9 residential properties in Boulder
and became licensed as a Broker Associate in 2000, working
3 years in Crested Butte, CO, and another 3 in Bend, OR,
my 6-year foray out of Boulder. I happily returned here
in 2006 to work and live after excellent real estate sales
experiences in those similar environs.
My residential real estate sales experiences include single
family homes from entry level to luxury homes in resort
communities, condos, town homes, vacant land/lots, new
homes in subdivisions and investment properties. I find
the diversity of people, projects and circumstances surrounding
each transaction fascinating.
