When Brenda Love Bennett, a Broker with Walnut Realty for 23 years and Johanthan Bennett, a Builder for 24 years met, they not only fell in love and married, they also merged professionally and Landeer Holdings was created.
Landseer Holdings, Inc. is a closely held, family building, construction services and construction consulting firm. We specialize in city and county of Boulder in-fill projects ranging from spec homes and custom homes to remodeling projects. We have been featured in several publications regarding our special projects, one of which was recreating a replica of a childhood home.

Since 1984 Landseer Homes has consistently built new homes that raise the bar on Architectural Style, Energy Efficiency, and sheer Livability.
The only way to approach the custom home building process is to be there every day to make sure proper execution occurs. This hands on approach to the building process implies that Landseer limits the number of new homes it builds so that control is maintained. This lends itself to greater quality control, better client-builder communication and increased flexibility to make changes along the way.
