I started Walnut Realty in 1975. We have been at this location, in the downtown Walnut II Building, the entire time. We are a landmark of downtown Boulder business and plan on being here for the duration of time. We are fiercely independent and pride ourselves on our one on one personal service.
We are totally serious about the business, however, looking at houses should not be a drugery and should be fun! My agents are a group that create the postive dynamics of cooperation, productivity and cohesivness. We obviously rely on the Multiple Listing Service, but many a deal is struck by my agents having inside knowledge of available properties that can help you get the house you want. Some people call this Boulder’s Undermarket. My crew has their ear to the ground and are good at bringing properties to the market.
